Arrowheads point toward reduced transcript levels in rostral spinal cord. (B, D) chrna3 remain expressed in a uniform pattern along the entire spinal cord. The rostro-caudal expression pattern of the transcript is represented by the colored gradient bar on top of each image. Note that there is no change in transcript levels in the brain.
