lncRNA HOTAIR maintains hybrid E/M phenotype to promote metastasis. Alexa-594 conjugated secondary antibodies were used in all immunolabeling and confocal imaging experiments. DAPI (blue) was used as a nuclear marker in immunofluorescence and confocal images.
