The results were compared to those obtained for the control group (the second bar); data are expressed as mean ± SD of three independent experiments; ns, not significant, # p < 0.05, ## p < 0.01, ### p < 0.001 compared to the blank group (no sample treated group); * p < 0.05, ** p < 0.01, *** p < 0.001 compared to the control group (30 mM glucose-treated group).
