Loss of Tbx5a or Tbx5b differentially affects the expression of conserved mammalian Tbx5 target genes. mRNA levels for candidate target genes were quantified by qPCR. Data are represented as the mean ± S.E. Differences in expression, measured in log-transformed values of copy number per ug template RNA, were analyzed by ANOVA.
