spry4 is an Fgf Target in the Primordium

(A) spry4 is expressed in the trailing zone of 32hpf wt primordia where Fgf signaling is active.

(B) Expression is abolished in primordia exposed to the Fgf pathway inhibitor SU5402 from 20-38hpf.

(C) Like other Fgf targets, spry4 is expressed throughout the apcmcr mutant primordium at 38hpf.
