fgfr1 Is a Feedback Target of Fgf Signaling in the Primordium

fgfr1 expression is restricted from the leading zone throughout wt primordium migration (A,B). fgfr1 is progressively upregulated in the leading zone of stalled apcmcr mutant primordia between 32 and 38hpf (C,D). fgfr1 expression is lost in embryos treated with SU5402 from 20-38hpf (E).
