Adult gfi1aasmu10 mutants display hematological disorders. (A) The neutrophil progenitor portion is increased in 10-month-old adult gfi1aasmu10 mutants. Sorted neutrophil lineage cells from the KM of 10-month-old Tg(mpx:GFP);WT and Tg(mpx:GFP);gfi1aasmu10 mutants were subjected to May-Grünwald-Giemsa staining and separated into N1, N2 and N3 groups according to their morphology. *P<0.05 (Mann–Whitney test, n=7).
