(D) 1 pM of MM-201 robustly protects utricular hair cells from neomycin exposure whereas 1 µM does not exhibit significant protection (One-way ANOVA: F3,38=10.68 p<0.0001). Asterisks indicate significant difference from 2 mM neomycin treated group (****p<0.001). N = 4–6 utricular explants per treatment, error bars represent + s.d.
