FIGURE 2

Behavioral analysis of DMSO-exposed five dpf larvae from the aipwh239 line. Data is from control larvae for each of the four EC50 Ahr ligand exposures. A linear mixed model was fit, including “dataset” as a variable to account for experiment-to-experiment variation. Genotype is presented on the x-axis, and larval movement in mm is presented on the y-axis for LPR and LSR total distance. Boxplots show the median (horizontal line), mean (circle), interquartile range (box), and 1.5x the interquartile range (whiskers). Significant differences between each genotype are denoted by an asterisk, * (p-value ≤0.05, type III ANOVA followed by pairwise t-tests of model-based estimated marginal means adjusted using Benjamini–Hochberg FDR correction). Unexposed aipwh239−/− larvae had significantly increased movement in the LPR and LSR assays when compared to aipwh239+/+ larvae.
