(c) Quantification of the presence of phagocytic vesicles in 1% DMSO or 10 μM SB431542 in 1% DMSO-treated larvae. Phagocytic vesicles were present in 100% of injured nerves in both groups (n = 5 nerves in 4 larvae, 6 nerves in 4 larvae, respectively).
