Activation of the regulatory region of PoACTC1 in zebrafish embryos and olive flounder. The fluorescent protein reporter of the PoACTC1 regulatory region (pPoACTC1-P2877) was digested with the restriction endonuclease SalI, then the DNA solution was injected into one- or two-cell-stage embryos using an air pressure microinjector.
