(D) Glycinergic neurons derived from dbx1b-positive progenitors are labeled by GFP. (E) GABAergic neurons derived from gsx1-positive progenitors are labeled by GFP. In D and E, neurons in which Cre-mediated recombination did not occur continued to express RFP.
