Black bars indicate 3:1 and light gray bars 2:1 atrio/ventricular rhythm. (B) Beating frequencies of popdc2 morphants and control animals. The number of animals that were analyzed at each time point is given at the base of each column. The difference in beating frequency of control and popdc2 morphants reached statistical significance (p ≤ 0.05) at 5 dpf and 7 dpf.
