(A,B) Confocal analysis of 3 dpf transgenic Tg(cmlc2:GFP) hearts. The heart of the popdc2 morphants is dysmorphic and lacks trabeculation. (C,D) Anti-Alcam antibody staining reveals normal cell shape in the popdc2 morphants.
