Definition
A posterior uveitis characterized by multiple small, hypopigmented, cream-colored choroidal lesions scattered symmetrically in the fundus primarily around the optic disc that presents in patients as blurred vision, floaters, photopsia, scotoma and nyctalopia. (3)
