This construct expresses Fibronectin intrabodies targeted against DLG4(formerly PSD95) linked to a fluorophore for visualization. ZFC is the zinc finger CCR5TC, zcUAS is the binding site for zinc finger CCR5TC cloned upstream of UAS. Excess FingR fusion proteins will bind to the zinc finger domain upstream of UAS and the KRAB domain will inhibit further transcription
