Trpc6a regulates the stretch induced expression of AP1 transcription factor components. (A) Schematic representation of the experimental design. Cardiomyocytes were isolated from extracted hearts and plated onto poly lysine-coated plates. A cyclic stretch protocol was applied for 24 h before RNA extraction and RT-qPCR.
