Analysis of proteomics data. (A) Venn diagram created using the program Venny (http://bioinfogp.cnb.csic.es/tools/venny/index.html) showing the total number of proteins differentially expressed after 4h between the PBS and λ-CGN (3.5%) injected fish. Seventy-two shared proteins between the three replicates analyzed per group were further analyzed. Following identification, groupings were done according to important proteins in each set involved in the process of λ-CGN-induced inflammatory reaction in zebrafish. Protein interactions were also investigated with regards to their (B) Cellular component and (C) GO Domain using the STRING software (version 5.18). (D) Heatmap showing the raw data (score) of the 72 proteins identified in plasma extracted from the PBS and λ-CGN induced fish.
