Expression analysis of ccIRF4 in response to Poly I:C challenge in vivo. Total RNA was extracted from the liver (A), spleen (B), head kidney (C), skin (D) foregut (E) and hindgut (F) at 0 (as control), 3, 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72 h post injection for real-time PCR. Expression was normalized using the 40S ribosomal protein S11 (n = 3, mean ± SD, *P < 0.05). The y-axis reveals fold change value relative to day 0, which has a different scale in Figure. 4 A-F
