Lactobacillus fermentum E15 can alleviate HCD-induced lipid accumulation by activating the GPR43 receptor through the metabolism of SCFAs. The mRNA expression levels of GPR43 (C) and leptin A (D) detected by RT-qPCR. The data are presented as mean values ± SD of three samples (n = 20 zebrfish for each sample). *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001 and ns indicates that it is not statistically significant. p < 0.05 was considered as statistically significant calculated by One-way ANOVA followed by Tukey’s test.
