Double knockdown of klf3 and klf6a in zebrafish.

In double knockdown embryos, both o-dianisidine staining of hemoglobin (A, black arrowheads) and expression of be1-globin (B, black arrowheads) were attenuated more severely compare to single knockdown; whereas the number of gata1 (C, black arrows) labelled erythroid progenitors was increased in klf morphants, accordingly.
