(A-A′′′) All eGFP expressing cells (A′′) co-expressed mCherry (outlined tissue in A′′′).

(B-B′′′) Nontransgenic control embryos did not exhibit red fluorescence in the pancreatic domain (outlined tissue in B′′′).
