Steady-state level of rbp7a (blue) and rbp7b (red) transcripts assayed by RT-qPCR in liver (L), intestine (I), muscle (M), brain (B), heart (H), eye (E), gills (G), ovary (O), testes (T), skin (S), kidney (K), and swim bladder (Sb). The level of rbp7a and rbp7b transcripts were normalized by ef1α levels in each tissue (n = 6). Standard error of the mean is represented by error bars. Significant differences (p < 0.05) between the steady-state level of rbp7a and rbp7b transcripts in a given tissue are indicated by an asterisk. |
