(A) 10 μM GAPDS treatment of 11 hours post-fertilization (hpf) embryos for 96 h did not induce developmental toxicity in zebrafish larvae, as shown by the presence of key developmental markers. Staurosporine, a known cytotoxic agent, was used as a positive control. (B) Representative images of compound treated larvae.
