Biography and Research Interest
My research project is looking into the molecular processes that control growth and shape change, especially in vascular diseases like cerebral cavernous malformations (CCM) and hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Using the zebrafish embryo model, which is known for being clear and compatible with imaging inside living things, I hope to figure out if there is any relation between the CCM and the HHT pathway. In addition, I am looking into how the CCM and HHT signaling pathways interact with each other, which will help me see how these vascular abnormalities are controlled at the molecular level. This exploration of the HHT pathway after CCM opens windows for studying their intricate relationship and potentially uncovering novel therapeutic targets.
