STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
We are studying retinoic acid and estrogen signaling during embryogenesis in zebrafish. We are using yeast two-hybrid selection, retroviral vectors, mutant gfp reporters and other fluorescent reagents to record in 2d, 3d, and 4d gene expression during embryogenesis.
