Statement of Research Interest

Our research group has focused on using wild-type zebrafish larvae, produced locally in our in-campus zebrafish facility, as our in vivo assay platform of choice. We have worked on the following topics:
- Natural products chemistry: such performing anti-inflammatory and glucose-uptake assays on wild-type zebrafish larvae
- Nanotoxicological profiling of selected nanomaterials synthesized in-house
- Toxicometabolomics using 1H NMR spectra (400 MHz) and zFET assays (currently)
