STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
In general, we aim to develop bioinformatics algorithms & tools for genomics, and to apply them in genome research. Currently our interestes cover:
(1) Sequencing strategies and gene function annotation;
(2) Molecular design breeding;
(3) Algorithm development and database construction.
