STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
Our lab is working to fill the gap between the explosion of zebrafish image data and the lack of robust quantitative analysis tools by developing zebrafish-specific image analysis algorithms and integrating them into a software package, called the Zfig: Zebrafish image quantitator. The Zfiq: image informatics platform would be designed to be applicable from small scales of biological studies to high throughput screens.
