Definition
A monoazo compound that is a photoisomerizable analogue of GSK-5498A. It is a Ca2+ release-activated Ca2+ (CRAC) channel inhibitor which exists in the trans-configuration in the dark (415nm) and in the cis-configuration under 365 nm illumination.
