Definition
A racemate composed of equimolar amounts of (R)- and (S)-cloquintocet-mexyl. It is a colourless crystalline herbicide safener which protects small cereal crops against the toxicity of the herbicide clodinafop-propargyl. The World Health Organization have categorized it as a class III toxin.
