Enhancer anctivity of human ENH1 in transgenic zebrafish. Panel A shows a lateral view of a 36hpf transgenic zebrafish were the ENH1 enhancer activity is shown. GFP is expressed in the midbrain (mb), hindbrain (hB) and the neural tube (nt). A’ and A” are dorsal and ventral pictures, respectively. Whole mount in situ hybridization analysis illustrated in panels B, B’ and B”, correcponding to different sections of the transgenic Zebrafish. Expression in the inner plexiform layer (ipl) and the galglion cell layer is shown in panel B. Neural tube expression is evidenced in sections B’ and B”.
