BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH INTERESTS
I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Christiane Nüsslein-Volhard (Max Planck Institute for Developmental Biology, Germany) and conducted postdoctoral training with Otger Campàs (UC Santa Barbara, USA) and Olivier Pourquié (Harvard Medical School, USA). My current research interests lie at the intersection of tissue mechanics, metabolism, and evolution.
