BIOGRAPHY AND RESEARCH INTERESTS
Our lab is interested in zebrafish oocyte maturation, oogenesis and developing screening tools to automate mutagenesis screens. Currently we have developed a new technique to analyze in vitro oocyte maturation (Computer-Aided Meiotic Maturation Assay or CAMMA). This procedure allows investigators to follow oocyte maturation in large arrays of oocytes with multiple treatment protocols.
