STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
We focus on several novel genes which involve in metastasis-promoting or tumorigenesis, and try to manifest their physiological roles in organogenesis and the carcinogenesis by their expression alteration using Zebrafish as model. So far, the lines with small deletion or transgenic insertion of these genes were setting up using CRISPR/Cas9 or Tol2 transgenic system.
