(A-D) Endocardial kdrl (arrows, A,B) and NFATc1 (arrows, C,D) expression at the 18-somite and 24 hpf stages, respectively, is not affected in DAPT-treated embryos (B,D) compared to DMSO-treated controls (A,C). (E,F) Venous flt4 expression at 24 hpf (arrow) is expanded in DAPT treated embryos (F) compared to DMSO-treated controls (E).
