(E) Graph depicting the scoring of pk1a morphants demonstrates a significant difference in the localization of the endocrine pancreas (p<0.0001 by chi-square test). When combined with the localization of try, there is a significant difference in the localization of the pancreas in pk1a morphants (p<0.0001).
