STATEMENT OF RESEARCH INTERESTS
In recent years, study on the transcriptional networks by which the proto-oncogenes and angiogenesis play their roles in human AML, involved in pathogenesis, infiltration and prognosis assessment, has become the focus of targeted therapy and comprehensive therapy. Zebrafish has become a powerful model organism for studying the gene function. The main aim of our work is to study the biological characteristics of zebrafish organism and its potential model for human blood developmental biology and hematologic malignancies.
