Morphology of zebrafish embryos treated with various retinoids. Zebrafish embryos were treated for 45 min at late blastula (A, B, D, and E), or continuously starting from dome or 1K stage (C and F), with the following ligands at 10 μM: solvent (A); all-trans-RA (B and C); TTNPB (D); SR 11237 (E and F). The embryos were photographed at 24 hr postfertilization.
