Knockdown of PRP4K increases ID8 proliferation in a zebrafish xenotransplantation model. (a) Representative brightfield, fluorescent and merged images are shown for zebrafish embryos at 24 and 72 h post injection (hpi) with either ID8 shCTRL or ID8 shPRP4K-1 cells. (b) ID8 shCTRL and shPRP4K-1 engrafted embryos were dissociated at 24 and 72 hpi and the number of fluorescent cells counted. The fold change in cell number was determined and represented as a scatterplot with each point representing an independent experiment. Pooled groups of 15–20 embryos were used for each data point. Error bars=s.d. *P<0.05.
