OPTICS: MAGNIFICATION: DATE OF IMAGE: SUBMITTER COMMENTS: Wild-type (top) and mutant (bottom) embryos, dorsal views. In the mutant, the midbrain-hindbrain boundary is absent and the tectum (tec) is enlarged. Arrowheads point to the posterior edge of the tectum and to the otoliths in the otic cyst (oc). The otic cyst is reduced in size in the mutant.
